We design tailor-made trips across Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. Flights are arranged via trusted ATOL-bonded partners; Luxholia does not issue air tickets directly.

Scope & Acceptance

By using this website and/or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms. If we provide specific Booking Conditions for a confirmed itinerary, those take precedence for the booking itself.

Our Services & Role

  • Land arrangements: curated itineraries, accommodation, transfers and experiences.
  • Flights: sourced and arranged via ATOL-bonded partners; ticketing and ATOL protection are provided by those partners.
  • We may act as principal or as agent depending on the arrangement; we will make this clear at quote/confirmation stage.

Quotes, Pricing & Availability

  • Prices are indicative until confirmed; availability and exchange rates can change.
  • Inclusions/exclusions will be clearly listed in your quote.
  • We may correct obvious errors (e.g., misprints) without liability for typographical mistakes.

Booking, Payment & Cancellations (summary)

Booking terms (including deposits, balance due dates, amendment/cancellation scales and refund rules) will be provided with your quote/confirmation and may vary by supplier and season.

Airfares are often non-refundable and non-changeable unless stated otherwise by the issuing partner.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate traveller details and review confirmations promptly.
  • Ensure you have valid passports/visas and meet health/travel requirements.
  • Obtain comprehensive travel insurance suitable for your itinerary.
  • Comply with local laws and supplier rules during travel.

Changes & Force Majeure

We may need to make changes due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, industrial action, operational issues). We will propose suitable alternatives or remedies per the Booking Conditions and applicable law.

Liability

We will provide our services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control or for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under law.

Third-Party Providers & Links

Some services are provided by third parties (e.g., airlines, hotels, ground operators) and are subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or their content.

Website Use, IP & Acceptable Use

  • Site content is for personal, non-commercial use.
